Biden: Democracy is on the ballot in midterms

President Joe Biden has told people in Maryland that "democracy is on the ballot" as they prepare to vote in midterm and gubernatorial elections.

The President addressed crowds at a rally for the Democratic nominee for state governor Wes Moore and told them that the next few years would "shape our lifetimes" as he urged them to vote.
