Kanye West has told chat show host Jimmy Kimmel he was "out of line" to make fun of his Radio 1 interview with Zane Lowe, external on his US TV show.
Earlier this week, the comedian recreated the video of the interview, using two children as Kanye and Zane.
Since then Kanye has gone on Twitter to say: "Jimmy Kimmel is out of line to try and spoof in any way the first piece of honest media in years."
Jimmy revealed on his chat show he had a "very angry phone call" from Kanye.
Kanye wrote a number of further tweets, criticising the chat show host and the sketch.
"I don't take it as a joke... You don't have scum bags hopping over fences trying to take pictures of your daughter."
He added: "I like you, you know me, I went to your family's wedding."
Referring to the comedian's former girlfriend, Kanye also wrote: "Sarah Silverman is a thousand times funnier than you and the whole world knows it."
The Jimmy Kimmel Live show is known for creating parodies and tricking audiences.
Earlier this month he revealed he was behind the "worst twerk fail ever" video, where a woman accidentally set herself on fire while dancing on camera.
The video went viral and was viewed millions of times before Kimmel admitted to making it.
During the one hour Radio 1 interview, Kanye West spoke about his relationship with Kim Kardashian, his views on the paparazzi and how he felt racism held back black artists.
Discussing his music career he said: "Rap is the new rock 'n' roll. We are the real rock stars and I'm the biggest of all of them.
"I'm the number one rock star on the planet."
