Dancing On Ice reveals line-up for final series

ITV have announced the line-up for the final series of Dancing On Ice.

The ninth edition will feature a mix of celebrities from across the show's history.

Hollyoaks stars Gary Lucy and Jorgie Porter, who came second in their respective series, will appear alongside the winner of series eight, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle.

Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley will present the show, which starts in 2014.

Schofield said: "Viewers are in for an absolute treat this year. I'm over the moon we'll be welcoming back to the ice some of our very best skaters and characters from over the years."

Olympic skating superstars Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will return one final time to help train the returning celebrities, including ex-England footballer David Seaman and former talent show contestants Gareth Gates, Suzanne Shaw and Ray Quinn.

Former EastEnders actor Todd Carty, who finished ninth in series four, has also been named in the line-up alongside Joe Pasquale who came sixth in series eight.

Ex-rugby player Kyran Bracken and former Eastenders star Sam Attwater, who both won their series, will also be back.

Actresses Bonnie Langford, Zaraah Abrahams and Hayley Tamaddon complete the line-up for the final series of the skating show.
