Majorca mayor says he'll crack down on Magaluf bar crawls

Authorities in Majorca are cracking down on pub crawls on the island after an 18-year-old from Northern Ireland was filmed performing sex acts on more than 20 men in public last week.
The footage was taken in the popular tourist resort of Magaluf before going viral online.
Spanish Police say they have started an investigation.
The local mayor says he's now passed a law giving "tighter control over the operation of pub crawl organisers".
Manuel Onieva, the mayor of Calvia, said he wished to express his "total rejection and anger at the activities which were carried out in a video which is currently on the social media circuit".
He said: "Companies operating pub crawls in Calvia now have to apply for a licence through the town hall.
"They have to prove their responsibility and show that they have appropriate civil insurances in place.
"Each pub crawl guide will have to wear a specific jacket so local police can monitor those operating in the region and identify those that have been approved.
"Pub crawl groups can now not exceed more than 50 people and if any operators exceed this legal capacity, they will be fined."
The bar crawl which involved the 18-year-old is believed to have been organised by the Majorca-based company Carnage Magaluf, which advertises one event as "four hours of unlimited drinking, four hours of unlimited free shots and a free Carnage vest/T-shirt".
Its boss Paul Smith has admitted to 5 News, external that mistakes were made, but has refused to apologise to the girl's family.
"I'm disgusted by the young lady doing it," he said. "I can't say my reps encouraged it.
"She should be very much spoken to by her parents, it's a lot to do with upbringing.
"I'm human, like anyone else I make mistakes. I'm here to rectify them. I'm gonna put more reps on to make sure this doesn't happen.
"Am I going to apologise to her? Why should I? What have I done wrong?"
Stars from hit ITV show The Only Way is Essex, who were due to appear at Carnage Magaluf events over the next few months, said they were going to decide whether to still go.
Among other Towie stars, James "Arg" Argent was still listed on the Carnage website to be at a celebrity pool party on 18 July.
