Expert advice if you're worried about domestic violence

If you, or someone you know, have been affected by the issues raised in our programme, the following organisations can help.

ChildLine

ChildLine is a free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK.

You can call on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time, day or night. It is completely confidential.

They have a special section on their website about domestic violence with extra help and advice.

NSPCC

NSPCC stands for the National Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

The NSPCC has a free 24-hour helpline for anyone who's at risk or is worried about any other children who are at risk. It is 0808 800 5000.
