Celtic have won their 45th Scottish Premier league title with seven games to spare.

A 5-1 away thrashing of Partick Thistle was more than enough to start the wild celebrations.

An Anthony Stokes double claimed Celtic's 27th victory in 31 matches - with just one defeat.

Manager Neil Lennon became the fourth Celtic manager to win three successive titles.
