Chelsea's Champions League dreams were shattered last night with Paris Saint Germain knocking them out of the competition.

PSG were already ahead 2-1 from the first leg, and continued to build on their lead with a goal for Adrien Rabiot after 16 minutes.

Diego Costa equalised before half time, but limped off in the second half with injury.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's strike soon after put the tie beyond Chelsea.

PSG qualify for the last eight in the competition, making them the first French team to reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League in four consecutive seasons.
