Serena Williams reveals name and picture of baby girl

Tennis star Serena Williams has released the first image of her newborn daughter Alexis on Instagram.

The 23-time grand slam singles champion gave birth to her first child on 1 September.

Serena and her fiancé Alexis Ohanian have named their daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.
