Sports Personality of the Year 2018: Who won?

Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas has won BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2018.
The Welsh cyclist became only the third Briton to win the race, after Sir Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome.
"I take great pride in representing Britain and Wales," he said on Sunday. "It has been a great year for British sport and long may it continue."
Geraint came top of the public vote, with racing driver Lewis Hamilton coming in second and England football star Harry Kane coming third.
Other winners on the night included England football team manager Gareth Southgate, who won Coach of the Year.
England's netball team scooped up Team of the Year after winning a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in April 2018.
Teenager Billy Monger won the special Helen Rollason Award and Kare Adenegan won Young Sports Personality of the Year.
