Being deaf in a hearing world: Jovita, 14, tells us what it's like

Fourteen-year-old Jovita is one of 12 finalists in the BBC Young Reporter Competition.

Her amazing story was picked from over 1,500 entries by a panel of BBC judges, including Newsround presenter Ricky Boleto.

She tells us why being from a deaf family - and deaf herself - is difficult in a hearing world.

There will be four overall winners of the competition, which will be announced on Wednesday afternoon.
