Netball World Cup: England thrash Samoa to finish top of the group

England have beaten Samoa 90-24 to top Group D at the Netball World Cup. Scotland finished third after losing 53-24 to Uganda.
The Roses remained dominant throughout and finished the game with the biggest winning margin of the competition so far.
England have three wins from three games and progress to the second stage as one of six teams in Group G. The top two finishers of the group will go through to the semi-final stage.
Shooter Jo Harten was dominant throughout the game, scoring all but one of her shot 41 attempts. England were without defender Layla Guscoth, who was injured in the match against Scotland.
Scotland finished third in Group D after losing 53-24 to Uganda. England's win over Samoa made sure that Scotland would progress to the second preliminary stage.
Northern Ireland will be looking for another win after they beat Sri Lanka 67-50 in Saturday's game. They will play Zimbabwe on Sunday.
Defending champions Australia, who won their second Group A match 73-37 against Zimbabwe, take on Sri Lanka. A game they are favourites to win.
