What should we expect from Cop 25?

The representatives of more than 200 countries are meeting at a big United Nations climate conference in Spain.

The 25th Conference of the Parties, or COP 25, is run by the United Nations (UN) and starts 2 December.

Their job is to work out how the world's governments need to respond to the challenges of protecting the planet.

The meeting will go on for two weeks and the BBC's science reporter Rebecca Morelle is there.
