What have celebrities been doing to raise money?
Radio 1 presenter Jordan North completed a gruelling 100-mile row from London all the way to his home town of Burnley, raising more than £700,000.
Olympic diver Tom Daley rowed, cycled, swam and ran all the way from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford to his hometown of Plymouth over four days.
And BBC weather forecaster Owain Wyn Evans and TV presenter Angellica Bell have been doing what may very well be the craziest egg and spoon race of all time!
The pair, along with their teammates, are taking part in a four-day battle where they'll be attempting to balance Red Noses on spoons as they race across the Lake District. They'll be making their way from Elterwater to the finish line at Buttermere.
What can we expect to see on TV?
Lenny Henry, Paddy McGuinness, Alesha Dixon, David Tennant and Zoe Ball will be presenting a night of fundraising and entertainment with big performances, comedy sketches and inspiring stories.
There have also been some special programmes on TV already, like 'Glow Up Does Red Nose Day', hosted by Maya Jama.
Under the watchful eye of two of the biggest names in the make-up world, Val Garland and Dominic Skinner, the celebrity make-up artists were set a special assignment: creating the make-up looks for a Red Nose Day runway show, complete with superstar models.
