The Queen: How to watch her funeral around the world

In the USA, TV stations will start broadcasting the funeral from 4AM ET (Eastern time) because of the time difference between the UK and the USA. People across the USA have been paying tribute to the Queen, and Vice President Kamala Harris wrote in the book of condolences.

In Paris, in France, the "George V" metro station has been renamed to "Elizabeth II" for the day of the funeral. People in France will be watching the funeral live on France24 TV.

Australia is 9 hours ahead of the UK, so they will watch the funeral in their evening on ABC. Their cricket team had a special minute's silence on September 11th before their game against New Zealand. Both countries are in the commonwealth - which the queen was the head of.

People in India will be able to watch the funeral on their news service India Today. The country already had a state day of mourning for the queen on the 11th September. Artist Jagjot Singh Rubal painted a special mural to the queen in Amritsar.

People in Canada will also be able to watch the funeral live on CBC - Canada's national TV channel. Tributes have been coming from all over the country - Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took his son to leave flowers in memory of the Queen.

Huge cannons were set off from Wellington in New Zealand, where people will be watching the funeral from TVNZ - at 19:30 their time! It's called a gun salute, and part of a military tradition to give respect.

In the Netherlands they held a special service to the Queen on September 17th. It was held in Amsterdam, in the Saint Nicholas Basilica, with the Dutch government.
