16-year-old Zak Carrick-Smith has won Great Britain's first ever alpine skiing medal at a Winter Olympic event, securing gold in the combined competition at the Winter Youth Olympic Games which are being held in Gangwon, South Korea.
The teen had gone into his slalom run in 27th position after not performing as well as he'd hoped in the morning Super-G run. However, Zak managed to close what he thought was an "impossible" gap during the afternoon slalom with what he described as the run of his life.
The 16-year-old topped the podium ahead of Swedish pair Alexander Ax Swartz and Liam Liljenborg who took the silver and bronze. Zak's epic run isn't the only big moment from the Winter Youth Olympic Games 2024 - check out these other cool pics!
17-year-old Maja Waroschitz from Austria won gold in the women's individual combined event with impressive performances in both her Super-G and slalom runs.
The USA's Mason Hamel, France's Benjamin Niel and Japan's Daisuke Muraoka showed off their impressive skills in the small final of the men's snowboard cross.

Sean Shuai managed to secure the top spot during the men's 500m short track speed skating event, becoming the first American to win a gold medal at this year's Youth Winter Olympics.
Meanwhile, Poland's Anna Falkowska won gold in the women's 500m short track speed skating event.
Denmark's Maja Voigt won gold for her country in the monobob event, seeing off Thailand's Agnese Campeol, who took silver and Mihaela Alexia Anton from Romania won the bronze medal.
Lots of young athletes competed in the single mixed relay 6km(W)+7.5km(M) biathlon event.
