Do you reckon you have what it takes to make us at Newsround giggle?
We want to hear your funniest joke - the one that really makes your face hurt from laughing so hard.
A classroom chuckle has so many benefits like lifting up your mood, increasing your oxygen intake and releasing stress.
The Beano comic is on the lookout for the funniest class and the funniest teacher, so what have you got?
Let us know your funniest gag in the comments below and have a good chuckle at some others while you're at it!
In a partnership with mental health charity Place2Be, the Beano is launching a contest to find the UK's funniest primary school class.
The theme this year is "Express Yourself" and best of the jokes submitted to the competition will be put to a public vote.
The winning class will be drawn by Beano illustrators in a special edition of the comic - the first time in the comic's history where real children will be features in its pages.
Last year's winners of Britain's Funniest Class won with this hilarious joke: "What happened to the math teacher's garden? It grew square roots."
Originally called When the Bell Rings, the Bash Street Kids was inspired by a Dundee school which was next to the offices of publishers DC Thompson.
Mike Stirling, director of mischief at the Beano, said: "The characters of class 2B, with all of their unique super-powers and flaws, remind adults and children alike that it's great to be different.
"We hope that the Bash Street Kids inspire this year's entrants to express themselves and we can't wait to see all the incredible and hilarious jokes from classrooms across the UK"
