England's strongest man takes on a frying pan!
Frying pans are a staple kitchen item, used for cooking up delicious food including pancakes.
They're common around the house, but have you ever seen a frying pan being rolled up like a newspaper before?
Well, that's exactly what Paddy Haynes, who won Ultimate Strongman's England's Strongest Man competition last year, did recently.

Paddy rolled up a frying pan in just seconds
He rolled up a metal pan with his bare hands in just moments - whilst being interviewed on BBC Radio Oxford - a truly majestic feat displaying his incredible super strength.
Adam Ball, who presents the radio show Paddy was on, made sure to check it was a real pan before Paddy crushed it live on air.
"We now have a rolled up frying pan, that took less than five seconds," Adam announced.

What is your super strong skill?
Paddy is a trained professional and the display of his incredible skills shouldn't be repeated at home. However, we do want to know if YOU have any special super strengths.
Perhaps you can do an impressive amount of push ups in a row, you're a fantastic climber, maybe you're really good at opening tricky jars, or you could be an arm wrestling champ. Whatever it is, we want to know, so why not leave us a comment below.
