Ever wondered how Charlie Bucket celebrates Christmas at the chocolate factory or what the neighbours would think of The Twits?
Well new spin-off series of stories inspired by some of the most famous Roald Dahl characters aims to explore just that.
As Roald Dahl is dead, other authors such as Greg James and Chris Smith, authors of Kid Normal, have been tasked with working on the short stories, hoping to bring new readers to the originals.
Greg James and Chris Smith have written The Twits Next Door which will follow The Twits as they plan to get rid of their horribly nice new neighbours, the Lovelies.
In a joint statement, they said: "To be offered the opportunity to write a story starring the most revolting and hilarious pair of his famous characters was exciting, a little bit frightening and certainly too good to resist.
"We've had such a great time playing with The Twits."

In December, Charlie and the Christmas Factory will hit the shelves along with other stories exploring "why Matilda is worried about being on the naughty list" and "what happens when, years after the creation of his original marvellous medicine, George's granddaughter Gigi decides to make her own".
The collection will be illustrated by artist Rikin Parekh, who said working on the stories had been "an absolute privilege and a lot of fun".
There's also expected to be a new series of picture book versions of Dahl's Revolting Rhymes, accompanied by new illustrations by Adam Larkum.
