The u10 girls enjoying the cup success, beating a team of mainly boys in the final
Woodlanders FC won the final of the Huddersfield Junior Football League against an almost all-boys' team, who were five divisions above them!
It was a closely fought game, ending 3-2.
Woodlanders had previously beaten other boys' teams from across the region and experienced a 28-match winning streak in the league.
On social media, their coach described it as a "massive achievement" and showed the girls "can play against boys and be more than a match for them".
