Cake-pop Demon Hunters? Baker creates life-size Rumi cake

With KPop Demon Hunters still reigning as Netflix' most popular film of all time, we're guessing there will be a few requests for themed birthday cakes.

But none are likely to be quite as detailed as this sweet creation.

Baker Lara Mason created a life-size cake of Rumi from KPop Demon Hunters complete with her distinctive purple plait.

Although it looks like a sculpture the whole thing is edible.

To make her life-size cake creations, Lara starts with a metal frame which she uses to build a body out of sponge.

She then adds icing before sculpting the clothing.

Modelling chocolate in different colours was then added to create things like Rumi's plait and clothes.

The life-size cake includes details like Rumi's distinctive hair and her pendant

The whole thing took Lara less than a week to make.

Although Lara often makes cakes on request, this particular one was just to see if she could do it.

The leftover cake was donated to a local food bank.
