Her brand-new book, The Lone Husky, is landing in shops this month and tells the story of a brave girl, her best friend who's a polar bear, and a breathtaking race through the icy Arctic.

Hannah's books have won big prizes like the Blue Peter Book Award and Waterstones Children's Book Prize.

She's also an animal lover – as an ambassador for a whale and dolphin charity, and the owner of a pet tortoise!
