Why is Gladiators not on TV this weekend?

This family favourite won't be on our screens this weekend

This weekend's TV schedule will be missing one usual Saturday night fix - Gladiators!

Fans will have to wait another week to get the next episode of the show as the BBC has changed the schedule for 8 February.

This is due to a FA Cup fixture between Birmingham City and Newcastle United being shown instead.

If you're a fan don't worry, Gladiators is back next week with episode four of this series.

Both the Six Nations and the FA cup fixtures will be on TV

It is a busy weekend of sport this weekend with multiple FA Cup and Six Nations matches taking place.

It means a lot of TV on Saturday will be football or rugby.

If you're not a sports fan there are still options of some entertainment shows.

Michael McIntyre's Big Show is still on after the football, and The Masked Singer will be on ITV after the rugby.
