The UK may have come 19th but the girls from Remember Monday had a great time

For the UK it was the third year in a row in the bottom half of the table.

They were represented by Remember Monday, a group of friends who met at high school but have many years of experience in West End theatre.

Despite scoring a healthy 88 points from juries - including 12 from Italy - the UK's song bombed with viewers.

The group didn't gain any points from the public score, and fell down to 19th in the trophy - one below last year's UK entry Olly Alexander.
