Dexter the cat and Gizmo the dog's kitchen escape

A video of a cat and dog escaping from their owner's kitchen, has gone viral with more than 500,000 views.

Dexter the cat and Gizmo the dog were left in the kitchen while owner Matt was at work. But on his return he'd find them in other rooms of the house.

Extremely confused - he decided to set up a camera to see how they were making their escape.
