Go ride! The cyclist making the most of lockdown

Cycling charity, Sustrans has said that lots of families have been dusting off the bikes and getting out for a ride during lockdown.

The quieter roads are perfect for enjoying a lovely ride with family or socially distanced friends.

We caught up with keen cyclist, Jocelyn, who told us why she loves the freedom of riding her bike.
