Despite it not being amazing weather outside, one way which is certain to beat the January blues is to spend time outdoors.

That's what these kids in Yorkshire have been doing - they've been working on a farm for a few weeks, and as Nina went and found out, their time spent with the animals and out and about on the fields did incredible thing for their mood and their outlook on school.
