The pig and the hen making friendship look easy

Gilbert the pot-bellied pig and Miss Cocoa the Polish hen have become unlikely friends at an animal sanctuary in Cheshire.

Despite being completely different species, its a relationship that has a lot of give and take.

Gilbert gives Miss Cocoa a ride on his back, and Miss Cocoa likes to keep Gilbert clean and presentable.

The fair-feathered friends have got lots of attention online for their antics.
