Knights, camera, action: How do you become a medieval warrior?

What would it be like to go back and time and learn how to fight - medieval style?

Well Emma-Louise did just that - without the time travel bit.

She went to Warkworth Castle, an English Heritage site, to meet some medieval re-enacting knights, who wear suits of armour to educate, entertain and battle!
