Did you know gymnasts use golden syrup to help stick to the bars?

Some of the best gymnasts in the UK have been competing at the British Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool this weekend.

Olympic Champions Jake Jarman and Jessica Gadirova are competing, and this is the first competition that Jessica has taken part in since she has recovered from an ACL injury.

Her twin sister Jennifer gave Newsround presenter Emma-Louise a behind the scenes tours, and shared some of the gymnasts secret tips.
