How are hospitals helping children have a better experience?

Have you ever had to stay in hospital? If so, what was it like?

A recent survey by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) asked children about their hospital experiences.

It found that most children have a positive experience when they have to go to hospital.

But some others also reported not feeling listened to by doctors and staff and to being bothered about how long they had to wait to be seen.

Emma-Louise visited Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool to find out what they are doing to help children have a better experience there.
