Ben Ferbrache was Guernsey's top run-scorer with 38 runs

Guernsey's cricketers ended their warm-up games for the European Twenty 20 Division One Championships with a 33-run win over a Sussex select side.

Ben Ferbrache (38), Ollie Newey (37) and Lucas Barker (30) helped the islanders to 140-6.

In reply, Guernsey restricted their opponents to 107-7 in their 20 overs.

The result was an improvement on their first game, where the islanders were beaten by Sussex's academy by 28 runs at Blackstone.

Sussex's youngsters registered 156-3 in their 20 overs before restricting the islanders to 128-9.
