Romanov says he is no longer willing to fund Hearts from his own pocket
The Scottish Premier League will take no disciplinary action against Hearts after the club met demands over payments relating to delayed wages.
Hearts were set a deadline of 11 January to deliver December salaries, as well as interest on all sums overdue from the last three months.
December's wages were paid on 4 January, external - within hours of the SPL's demands.
And the SPL has confirmed that all relevant interest payments have now also been made.
A spokesperson for the governing body said: "Everything is up to date. Everything is in order."
However, the Edinburgh club were warned that January salaries must be paid on time on the 16th of this month.
"The January salaries are to be paid on time on the 16th," added the spokesman.
The SPL's investigation followed a formal complaint from the union PFA Scotland on behalf of the first-team squad at Tynecastle.
The day after December's overdue wages were paid, club owner Vladimir Romanov accused the SPL of succumbing to media pressure, external, while stressing that he was no longer willing to fund Hearts from his own pocket.
