Charlton 1-1 L Orient (3-4 pens)
- Published
Leyton Orient's Ryan Brunt scored the winning kick as the O's beat Charlton on penalties in the League Cup.
Brunt's success came after Orient keeper Ryan Allsop saved from Johnnie Jackson, and Lawrie Wilson hit the bar.
Earlier on, Charlton took the lead when Scott Wagstaff's strike deflected in off defender Gary Sawyer, before Mathieu Baudry headed home to level.
Orient may have won it in normal time, but David Mooney missed from the spot after he was brought down by Wilson.
