York City's six-game unbeaten run came to an end after a thumping defeat at home by AFC Wimbledon.
After an uneventful first half the Dons took the lead when Byron Harrison struck from the edge of the area.
The lead was doubled as Stacy Long found the bottom corner after good work from Charlie Strutton.
Six minutes from time the points were secured after Strutton was brought down in the area by Chris Smith and Jack Midson scored the resulting penalty.

York boss takes blame for defeat
York City manager Gary Mills told BBC Radio York:
"We were second best all game. It's the poorest we've started for a long time and we didn't get any better, hence we lost the game.
"Hopefully it is a one-off. We didn't get going and in the end we got what we've deserved, nothing.
"I'm going to sit back myself, look at my team selection, look at how I prepared the players, the job that I've done.
"I'll completely take the blame myself and we move on to Monday."
AFC Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley told BBC London 94.9:

"Everything we asked of the team today they gave us.
"All of us are really proud of them and we need to make sure that is the platform for performances in the future.
"Today we had good energy and we looked like a team that wanted to win more than the opposition."
