Cambridge United have signed Dartford pair Tom Champion and Tom Bonner on two-year deals.
Midfielder Champion, 26, and defender Bonner, 25, were both put of contract at the Kent club.
The Darts finished eighth in the Blue Square Bet Premier this season, six places above the U's.
"I wanted to join Cambridge as they are an established club with a big following," former Watford trainee Champion told the club website., external
"In some ways I see the club as a sleeping giant that will soon fulfil the potential it has, and I want to be part of that."
The pair are boss Richard Money's first signings since the final game of the 2012-13 campaign.
Champion played 42 league games for Dartford this season, with centre-half Bonner playing 44 times.
Bonner started his career at QPR but, like Champion, fell out of the professional ranks.
"I had a good season with Dartford last year but I was excited to speak to Cambridge as it's one of two clubs I would consider leaving for," he said.
"Cambridge is a big club and shouldn't be in the Conference. I want to help Cambridge achieve promotion and I really think we can make the play-offs next season."
