Stevenage have signed striker Oumare Tounkara, defender Luke Jones and midfielders Sam Wedgbury and Simon Heslop on free transfers.

Frenchman Tounkara, 22, arrives from Bristol Rovers, where he signed a three-month contract in February.

Jones, 26, played 32 times and scored eight goals in Mansfield's Conference Premier title-winning campaign, but rejected a new deal with the club.

Wedgbury, 24, comes from Macclesfield and Heslop, 26, was released by Oxford.

Boro boss Graham Westley released Andy Iro, Miguel Comminges and Bondz N'Gala and transfer-listed Anthony Grant, David Gray and Marcus Haber earlier this week.
