Crystal Palace duo Owen Garvan and Peter Ramage have signed new two-year deals with the promoted club.

Midfielder Garvan, 25, joined the Eagles from Ipswich in summer 2010, external and made 32 appearances this season.

The Irishman featured in all three games in Palace's successful Championship play-off campaign.

Defender Ramage, 29, signed a one-year deal last August following his release by QPR and went on to play 43 games for the Selhurst Park outfit.

He was an unused substitute in Monday's 1-0 victory over Watford at Wembley, which secured Palace's place in the Premier League for next season.
