Goalkeeper Alex Cisak has left Oldham after the Latics chose not to take up their option of extending his stay.

The 24-year-old Australian played 59 times in two years with the club.

Only 12 of those came last term, as he struggled to dislodge Dean Bouzanis as Oldham's first-choice keeper, and he also had time on loan at Portsmouth.

Meanwhile, veteran midfielder Paul Murray has ended his playing career but will remain with the League One side as part of Lee Johnson's coaching staff.
