Nuneaton Town have signed teenage Birmingham City defender Amari'i Bell for the first half of the new season.

The 19-year-old left-back signed a new one-year deal with Blues in May.

He has been part of the set-up at St Andrew's since 2011 after being spotted playing for Solihull College.

Boro have also completed a deal for young Walsall striker Connor Taylor, who joined Boro on loan from the Saddlers last October until being sent back to Bescot after breaking his arm.

Nuneaton said on their club website that the Bell deal will last "until the new year".

After hanging on to their manager, who was a summer target for AFC Telford United, Wilkin's men are looking to improve on last season's efforts in finishing 15th in their first season back in non-league football's top flight, seven points clear of relegation.
