Carlisle United: Jordan Pickford and Danny Redmond extend loans
- Published
Carlisle have extended the loans of Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and Wigan midfielder Danny Redmond.
Both players have made six appearances for the League One club since joining on one-month deals in February.
Redmond, 23, and 20-year-old Pickford will stay at Brunton Park until 5 April and the end of the season respectively.
"Mark Gillespie is still a while from being fit so it's good to keep Jordan. Both lads have been great for us since joining," said manager Graham Kavanagh.
"The parent clubs have been absolutely fantastic with us and I think they know the boys are getting valuable pitch time and experience here."
