Left-back Paul Black and winger Andy Haworth have joined League Two side Cheltenham Town on one-year deals.
Defender Black, 24, started his professional career at Oldham before spells with Tranmere and Mansfield.
He failed to play a first-team game for the Stags last term and was released at the start of the summer.
Midfielder Haworth, 25, joined Notts County last year but spent six months of his tenure on loan at Tamworth, where he made 11 appearances.
He counts Rochdale, Falkirk, Bury and Blackburn among his former clubs.
