Derby County: Lee Naylor & Zak Whitbread sign one-year deals

Derby have re-signed Lee Naylor while fellow defender Zak Whitbread has joined the club on a free transfer after being released by Leicester City.

Both players have agreed one-year deals with Steve McClaren's Rams.

Whitbread, 30, who played four matches for the club on-loan last term, has the option of a further 12 months.

Former Wolves and Celtic left-back Naylor, 34, made four substitute appearances for Derby in 2013-14 after agreeing a short-term deal in February.
