Burton Albion have signed striker Stuart Beavon on a three-year contract.

The 30-year-old striker was already on a season-long loan at the Pirelli Stadium, but has now signed a long-term deal after being released by League One side Preston North End.

Beavon has scored two goals in five appearances for the Brewers.

Boss Gary Rowett said: "Stuart's been one of our most influential players since joining. Everyone has seen his ability and what he brings."
