Cambridge United 1-2 Exeter City

Exeter came from behind to record their first league win of the season in League Two against Cambridge.

Former Portsmouth striker Ryan Bird converted Richard Tait's cross early on as Cambridge looked to extend Exeter's poor start to the season.

However Exeter quickly bounced back, as Graham Cummins latched on to a through-ball before firing past Chris Dunn.

Cummins turned provider to set up the winning goal, as he played in Alex Nicholls to slot in via the far post.

Despite doubling their points tally, Exeter remain in the bottom two, while Cambridge slip to 11th.
