- Published
Ukraine have moved above Wales into second place in World Cup qualifying Group Six after an 8-0 win over Turkey in Lviv.
Olga Boychenko and substitute Oksana Yakovishyn scored hat-tricks for Ukraine, who were leading 3-0 at the break.
Wales and Ukraine both have 19 points but Ukraine are second with a superior goal difference.
The sides meet in Lviv in the final round of group matches on Wednesday.
Wales need to win their final match and hope results go their way in the other groups to secure a play-off spot.
