Alex Nicholls: Exeter City extend Northampton striker's loan stay

Exeter City have extended Northampton striker Alex Nicholls' loan period with the club for another month.

The 26-year-old has made four appearances for the Grecians since arriving at St James Park for an initial month-long loan spell.

They have won their last two games, with Nicholls scoring his first goal for the club against Cambridge.

The terms of the new agreement mean the Cobblers can recall Nicholls at 24 hours' notice at any time.
