Ayo Obileye: Dagenham sign Charlton Atheltic defender on loan

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed defender Ayo Obileye on a one-month youth loan from Charlton Athletic.

The 20-year-old joined the Addicks from Sheffield Wednesday this season after a trial spell and signed an extended deal in November, which keeps him at the club until June 2015.

Daggers boss Wayne Burnett could give Obileye his debut in Saturday's League Two game against AFC Wimbledon.

Obileye had spells at Chelsea and Leyton Orient before joining the Owls.

He played one game for Wednesday, an appearance in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy against Bradford in 2011.
