Noel Hunt failed to score in 22 appearances for Leeds
Leeds United have released Republic of Ireland international striker Noel Hunt by mutual consent.
The 32-year-old recently returned to Elland Road after a loan spell with Championship rivals Ipswich, where he scored one goal in four games.
Hunt joined Leeds from Reading in June 2013 but failed to score in 22 appearances for the Whites.
It is understood that Ipswich could now be interested in signing Hunt on a permanent deal.
