League One side Fleetwood Town have announced winger Matty Blair has left the club by mutual consent.

The 25-year-old joined from York in May 2013 and helped the Cod Army to promotion to League One last season.

He was loaned out to Cambridge in November and also had a three-game stint at Northampton in January last year.

The former AFC Telford and Kidderminster wide man played 43 times for Fleetwood and scored five goals.
