Wrexham have signed midfielder Kieron Morris on a youth loan from Walsall, subject to international clearance.

The 20-year-old can be recalled by Walsall after 28 days but it is possible that the loan could last for the remainder of the season.

Morris has played seven games for the Saddlers this season, with one start.

"I know that I'm going into a tough and physical league, but I am looking forward to the challenge that awaits me," Morris told the Walsall website.

"This is an opportunity for me to show the gaffer [Walsall manager Dean Smith] what I can do whilst also helping Wrexham climb the table.

"I was happy with the way in which I started the season but it's been hard to break back into the team as we have been doing well, so this move gives me the chance to get game time at the end of the week.

"I've been working hard, and will continue to do so in order to make an impact."

Meanwhile, new Wrexham signing Kyle Storer has received international clearance after leaving Kidderminster Harriers and is available to face Torquay United at home on Saturday.
